Refund policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel and obtain a refund for paid plans and Credits on CompanyReach and StatementConverter.UK. It sits alongside our terms of service and does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Overview
Our products are sold as credit-based subscriptions by VOODOO TECH LIMITED, with payments handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) as our Merchant of Record. Because Credits unlock digital services that are delivered immediately, this policy sets out clearly when a refund applies.
2. 14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase. Because our Services are digital content and services supplied on demand, you agree at checkout that delivery begins immediately. If you start using your Credits within the cooling-off period, your right to cancel for a full refund ends to the extent the service has been provided. If you have not used any Credits from the purchase, we will refund it in full on request within the 14 days.
3. Subscriptions
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; it will not renew, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
- We do not generally refund part-used billing periods, except where required by law or where we have agreed a refund in writing.
- If we materially reduce or withdraw a Service you have paid for, we will offer a fair pro-rata refund of the unused portion.
4. Credit top-ups
- Top-up Credits are refundable while unused, within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
- Credits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
5. Failed actions are not charged
You are not charged for work that does not complete. On StatementConverter.UK, a statement page that cannot be parsed is refunded to your balance automatically. On CompanyReach, an action that fails for a technical reason on our side does not consume Credits. If you believe Credits were deducted in error, contact us and we will correct it.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within a few business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is refunded with the eligible amount.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your order or invoice reference and a short note on what you would like refunded. You can find the reference on the receipt Paddle sent at purchase. We aim to respond within two business days.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your non-excludable rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a Service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy.
