Questions about pricing
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of usage. On StatementConverter.UK, one statement page consumes one credit, so a six-page statement costs six. On CompanyReach, daily searches and branded letters consume credits at the rates shown inside the app. Each paid plan includes a monthly or annual credit allowance, and you can top up at any time.
Who handles payment and VAT?
Paddle.com Market Limited is our Merchant of Record. Paddle runs the checkout and handles billing, payment, invoicing, and any applicable VAT or sales tax. We never receive or store your full card details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time. Your subscription will not renew and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy for cooling-off rights and credit refunds.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits roll under the rules shown at checkout, and top-up credits stay available while your account is active. Failed actions, such as a page that cannot be parsed, are not charged.
Is there a free trial?
